Working with the developer to create three bespoke dwellings - adopting a consistent palette of materials and architectural language - across three slim plots in Ponteland. Due to a number of byelaws that govern development within Darras Hall Estate, height restrictions meant that the properties appear two storey from Runnymede Road and three from the rear. Sprawling gardens lead from hard landscape terraces that surrounded each property down to the River Pont.
